No user logged on in Taskmanger still running computer

here is weird thing happening to my fresh new xp install. i see no user logged on in taskmanager.

Also i don't see any service named "terminal Services" or like this name in my services.msc list. what to do now ? Any way to install the service again on win xp media centre.
