IBM's support currently have two audio drivers available.

This is the Windows XP driver:

And for future reference,if you upgrade to Vista, this is the vista driver.

i allready installed this drivers ,, when i run it i recive thiss message :

The HMD bus audio device is not found

Have you uninstalled the driver, then let Windows install the correct driver from the Windows database?
