Click Start
Go to All Programs
Go to I believe Accessories.
Than go to System tools.
Run DiskCleanUp.
Tick everything and delete it.

Run defragmenter.

Do the same thing but go back to System Tools and use Disk Defragmenter. Choose C:\

This one takes awhile so be patient.

If you have all your files you want backed up, use the original restore CD that came with your laptop. It will put it back the same as it came from the box. Might wait on this for now.

You would need to get a CD from your manufacturer to restore everything to when you first got it. There is no other way.
