hi hope someone can help,

this is the first time ive ever posted on a forum so if i do something wrong im sorry.

problem is lately my computer has become very sluggish. dont know enough about what should and shouldnt be running. ive seen people using hijack so ive enclosed a log of this. hope someone can help, cause this is driving me mad.

To see if you have any Spyware...

Download and install Spybot, Ad-Aware and Microsoft Anti Spyware

or go for an online scan Here

Also check your hosts file for any unusual entries....

have tried running ad aware butit keeps freezing once it reaches around 190,000 files checked
