I am trying to install Turbo tax just as I have in previous years and when I click on do you wish to install and I click on yes, I received the message Application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005). Click ok to terminate the application. Why can't I install anything now? And what can I do to fix this? Any suggestions would be grearly appreciated.
