Hi guys.

My daughter no longer plays her game Dogz 5. But I cannot uninstall it from my PC.

In Add/ Remove programs it says the program is 28,137 MB (which I know cannot be right)

When I try to remove in InstallShield I get the 'Generating list of Files to Delete' message.. And then it just hangs with a white screen, and the hourglass.

Task Manager then shows as 'Not Responding' and if I do Task Manager out of it it brings up the error message

'An error occured while launching the setup

The remote procedure call failed'

Any help would be much appreciated

Click start then run, type prefetch then press enter, click edit, select all, right click any file, click delete, confirm

Restart the PC, keep tapping F8 until you get options, select safe mode with networking

When it gets to the desktop, check the PC does not connect to the internet

Use add and remove to run the uninstall
