Hi. I'm trying to install netlimiter 1.3 and program installer displays message that program is already installed, but it's not. Is there any way to install this program?

Click start then search, include hidden and system files, look for netlimiter

Do you get any results

it finds nothing but installer file

Can you move that one to my documents then click start then run, type prefetch then press enter, click edit, select all, right click any file, click delete, confirm

Restart the PC

Try installing
