I am installing a new hard drive from 80 GB to 250 GB.

My system does not see the new drive.

It appears that I may need a BIOS upgrade. The mfg. (Dell) has this available and recommends that
the flash be put on a 3 1/2" diskette.

My system does not have an "A" drive. Can I transfer the BIOS program with a USB flash memory?
