my cpu is slower than all heck and i would love to clean it up, but i am not the best with that part of cpu's.


could someone talk me through stopping the request to end now this CiceroUI WndFrm and maybe suggest a few ways to speed up my system, they way it was?

thanks in advance for all and any help.

To end up CiceroUI ... look at this link.

To speedup your computer:

1: Download ccleaner from here. Install and run it few times, if necessary, until nothing remains to be cleaned and all issues deleted.

2: Click Start > run. Type msconfig and ok. Open Startup and uncheck everything which is not required. What you see there are applications or links to applications that load up when you boot your computer. They keep running unnecessarilly in the background using necessary resources.

3: Run a defragmantation: start > all programs > accessories > system tools > defragmantation

4: Download and run Pagefile from here. It's a terrific tool to defrag page and registry files

5: Run a thourough cleanup with updated antivirus and antispyware programs such as Spybot, Ad-Aware and AVG antispyware (all free).
