I have had a lot of Spyware and other naughty stuff on my computer. Have taken the forums advice and used AVG and SuperAntiSpyWare to remove what they can (some 20 odd threats including Lager.F amongst others). My wireless router has an integral firewall and Windows firewall is active.

Trouble is that my folder options keep changing back to 'Hide extensions for known file types'. Also under 'Hidden Files and Folders' the 'Do Not Show Hidden Files and Folders' AND 'Show Hidden Files and Folders radio buttons are checked.

Surely there is something dodgy going on here.....
