I have a network connection, and my sister and I ran seperate tests on them, and the downlod speed on mine were 3,400 something, and the uploads were 400 something, and on her's the downloading was only 700 or something, and the uploads were 300. I just wanted to know why the other computer is so slow, but mine is so fast? Does it have anything to do with the hardware because my computer is much newer than the other.

I ran that link myself, but I'm still confused about it. Is it suppose to scan it and fix the problem?
