extracting program

Hi,
i'm looking for a program that will "zip" up a bunch of exe files and then it'll create a single exe file. after running the exe file that was created, all the exe files that were zipped will unzipe into a PRE DESTINED LOCATION.

the program must allow me to preset a place where to extract rather than extract and ask for a place....
