I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but the fact that such a large chunk of my personality (>.>) could go missing because of a PC upgrade has always bothered me. Though SiteAdvisor ranks a few sites that offer tools to do so as safe, they don't look trustworthy to me. Is there any way I could save a copy of the files so that I could transfer them to my laptop/USB?

I store files online already, but I don't have any copies of my display pictures on my hardrive... So I wanted to isolate where they're kept on MSN and try to copy them to a new computer (if I get one) or my laptop.

found this http://groups.google...62758d0367becfc

the application data folder is a hidden folder so you'll need to show hidden folders to get to it...i would assume that the display picture would be in a similar location
