Hello my name is Graham. Can you help me? My DVD sound keeps cracking up when I play films and music. What is causing this, because I am baffled. I've installed drivers, video drivers, what can it be?

Please do not post your entire topics in capital letters. It implies that you are yelling, and when asking for free help, yelling is not wise. I have rewritten your post in proper capitalization.
