<_< I have tried loads of times to fix my shutdown problems from the microsoft pages with no results.first when i tried it worked but then it kept booting up in safe mode.when i fixed that it wount shut down it keeps re booting all the time itself and i have to switch it of and it still re boots the next like it's not starting right. please help i am going mad.
