You neglected to answer my previous questions fully. Is your Windows XP Home or Professional? And what version of Media Player do you have?
Please explain exactly what kinds or types of video you're having issues with, i.e. online, downloaded, saved locally.
I will not be able to assist you with Limeware in any way. We here at GeeksToGo will not assist you with issues relating to P2P file sharing programs. While many of these programs are-in-and-of themselves legal, most things acquired by their use are not. Instead of attempting to differentiate between the legal use of P2P programs and the illegal use thereof, we have decided to stop helping with issues regarding this software. It is also in your best interest to know that many P2P software packages come bundled with spyware/malware/virii and that their use greatly increases the chances of your computer becoming infected. I strongly suggest that you uninstall these programs and refrain from using them at all costs.

Let's confirm that you have Java installed. Click Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Look for something called Java or J2SE Runtime.
Now, double check that Java is enabled in Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, click Tools menu, Internet Options, Advanced. Scroll down to Java. Is that abox checked? If not, check it, reboot and try again to view a video.
If you don't use Internet Explorer, please state which browser you use.
Please be sure to provide the full error text for any errors that pop up on screen while trying to view a video.
Additionally, let's check the Event Viewer for other errors that may be happening. To get to the Event Viewer, click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Services, Event Viewer. On the left side of the screen are three categories: Application, Security, and System. Check under Application and System for any events that are listed as Warnings or Errors, that also have a date and time that correspond to the error. Once you have an event open, you can click the "copy to clipboard" icon (just below the down arrow) to copy the error text, then you can paste it in a reply to this thread.

What's going on with Sunbelt CounterSpy?
Did all those events you posted correspond (date & time) to a failed attempt at viewing an online video?

I have some additional questions for you.
1. Do you have multiple user accounts on this computer?
2. What's going on with CounterSpy? Is it installed? If so, disable it.
3. What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?
4. When you're on youtube's site and click the play button to view a video, exactly what happens? Please give very specific details of what you do to try to view an online video. Are you trying to download the file first?
Let's try running System File Checker (SFC). It can fix certain issues in Windows where specific system files get corrupted, deleted, or infected. Basically the System File Protection watches the system files and checks their integrity against it's knowledge of what these files are supposed to look like. Generally if a system file get's "messed with" windows will let you know and give you the option to dissallow the change, sometimes you don't get this option though. The System File Checker is a command line utility that will initiate a scan of all the system files to make sure they are in their original state, present on the system, and or working properly. It's an easy tool to use but the user HAS to have an XP disk for it to work.
Do you have a valid XP cd?
If so, place it in your CD ROM drive and follow the instructions below
Start > Run > cmd then type
sfc /scannow (note the space)
Allow this to run until you get a message saying it is complete.
SFC - system file checker, retrieves the correct version of the file from %Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache or the Windows installation source files, and then replaces the incorrect file.
If you want to see what was replaced, right click My Computer > manage, expand event viewer > system.

Did you install IE7 or did it come pre-installed on your computer?
If you installed it, were you able to view the online videos before you installed IE7?
