I have kind of a complex problem, iv already checked some stuff out and my problem hasnt come up.

The first issue iis that i cannot acces itunes as it comes up with an error, Itunes has encountered a problem and needs tp close.....
The solution 2 this for most people was to instal the latest version of quicktime by downloading quicktime itself. I did this and wen 2 instal 2 only find that after it has 'finished' installing, it says their were errors in instaling..... and 2 try do it again which comes up ever time i try 2 install it.

The next problem i hav is when i trie 2 uninstall quicktime....i was doing this 2 see if i could uninstall and then just do a fresh install, but in the uninstall...at the complete screen it says it couldnt complete the selected operation because it encountered errors

and the other thing 2 this is.... i cant even use this quicktime when it is installed....like i can go to acces quicktime and it just wont load....so their is obviously something really wrong with my quicktime which isnt alowing me 2 access itunes...which is wot i basically want to do.

If you could help me that would be greatly apreciated
Thankyou

you should go back there and get real player alternative ...works just like quicktime alternative does...fast and lite on system resources...dont forget to completely uninstall realplayer and quicktime standard versions and delete their folders as well.... :whistling:
