I am having a problem getting to my email and other websites. My computer (windowsxp)
was working fine. Started an home based internet business. I do not know much about
networking. But we got a merchant account to accept credit card- Discover network and
they said they had set us up. I don't know if they somehow setup on my computer but
it will connect to the internet but I can only go to a few website. I haven't been able to get ahold of any one at the discover network. Can anybody help. I really need to check my email. I ran a diagnostic test it said something about a ethernet connection -I just have a phone line. It also said something about network adapter status not healthy
Thank You

The reason no one has helped you is likely because you aren't supplying enough information to make any headway. What kind of computer do you have, what is your modem, are you on dialup now or did you get DSL? Are you using the computer's built in network device or do you have an add on card?
