SONY handycam not reading disc

On a recently recorded mini DVD, I have almost the whole disc full. I have not used any other disc in the recorder... Now...all of a sudden...the camera won't read the disc. Is all the recorded data gone? How can I fix this??

Hello

Does it shows that there is no disk(eventhough you just inserted it) or what?

It just keeps saying disc access...it won't recognize the disc

Did you placed that disk anywhere than your camera? :whistling:

I tried putting it in my dvd player and computer after it was saying it couldn't be read...it wasn't readable in those places either...
