I have a user that has the exact permissions as I do and he cannot connect remotely to our servers. When he tries his login and password he gets a message stating that he is not in a group with access, yet as stated he is in the same groups as me and I connect fine. Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like they're not in the same groups or you've done something with policies or profiles. Did you implement something that may be overriding his permissions?
