don't know what it is, computer is taking 10 min or better to boot up, and when it does, the cpu usage goes to 100% and stays there. the only processes doing anything are csrss.exe, explorer.exe, and taskmgr.exe, can someone help?

Fixing Windows2000/XP CSRSS.EXE Slowdowns

Could also be caused by a corrupted profile.

How to copy data from a corrupted user profile to a new profile

Last but not least is the wrong csrss.exe is running (malware). Are there 2 instances of it? The correct file belongs in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. If you see it eleswhere it is malware.
