good driver cleaning program ?

The inuninstaller does not always completely remove all traces of drivers.
Does anyone know of a good driver cleaning program ? I had one before but I uninstalled it and now cant remember what it was called. Driver cleaner pro is no good as its for video cards not Audio.....
