Change bitrate on WMP

Are you able to change the bitrate on already ripped CD's to a lower bitrate and if you can how do you do it?

Try audacity, possibly exporting to a folder and setting the bit rate you need

If you still have the CD's it would probably be as quick to re-do them at the lower bit rate
