i have big problem with pc i need antivirus to download we cannot reformat the pc until we cannot find anti virus
we want to find the virus before you reformat and this was the conversation of my friend, thats why i sign in here and and i need a badly help for others

i already reformat the hard disk

babybooba623: i formatted the drive with os win xp
th0reau1: when do you the drive wipe, you set it to do a full wipe
th0reau1: i think the windows cd will do it
babybooba623: i even deleted the partition and reformat.. the problem is when i connect to internet i got lot of virus some are spyware. do yo have an anti virus?

th0reau1: if you think its spyware instead use anti spyware
babybooba623: i also use avg and spybot-search & destroy as my antispyware

th0reau1: the first page of the spyware malware info give a list of programs to use to get rid of viruses and spyware
th0reau1: you use them in order and i have found then to work most of the time
th0reau1: its a sequence of four or five programs
th0reau1: if you know the name of the virus you can get more specific instructions
babybooba623: where will i go in castlecops
th0reau1: forums spyware malware or whatever. then type in the name of the virus and look for a system with similar config

th0reau1: its ognna take you a while and a couple of restarts to download and run the programs
babybooba623: i cant get it

Please follow the procedures outlined here: Malware Removal Guide

You will need a PC which can connect to the internet

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response

If you are unable to run any of the programmes, please ask for advice in the Malware Forum
