Epson Printer Problem

I have an Epson stylus cx7800. When I print anything off of a web page, only pictures, graphics or pre-set text like links and static text will print up, but nothing that was input or updated. Even when I select text on a site, it will not print. I re installed the printer software and drivers, but no change. Is this a printer problem, or a windows, etc... problem. Any advice would be be great
