I'm traveling to the US in a couple of days and i need if i can buy a wireless repeater on my current settings.

My network is set up so their are two computers on (both wireless, one desktop with a USB adapter and a laptop with integrated wireless). The laptop is in the room above the Wireless modem (2Wire 2700hg), therefore the signal strength is excellent. This computer on the other hand is about three concrete walls away and the signal strength is very low. I'm interested in getting a repeater but the Wireless Modem lacks an antenna port, will this be an issue? If not, which one do you recommend, taking into consideration that it can't cost more than $70 and the boost will be good. I need to know this urgently because i need to make a decision before i go to the US.

All your help is really appreciated.

I'm thinking I'm a little late, but I assume this is what your looking for. You can probably find cheaper ones though.
