Welcome to GeeksToGo petsr4keeps
The Messenger site directly addresses this problem you have. Do you have other problems? Have you checked your Event Viewer in the Administrative Tools?

Hi there...
Thank you for your reply.
Where do I find the Adminstrative Tools? I have several problems. I had Internet Explorer, but when I went to download the newest version 7 a few weeks ago, I lost all browsing capability. After endless hours of attempting to fix the problem, I was advised to install Foxfire as my browser. That seems to be working ok. I have so much installed on my computer from people telling me to install this, scan using this and and uncheck that, I don't have a clue what I need or don't need. Is there a way of having this checked, so I can remove things that are not required?
Thanks again!

Let's start with the items with the red X next to them. Only post the ones that are unique and within the last day or so.
