I updated to ZoneAlarm's version 7.0.337.000 from 6.5.

It runs but it really slowed down some of my applications, such as BlueVoda, which is a web dev app.

I can't shut it down.

When I updated to ZASS 7.0.337.000, I found myself with a Trial Version.

It now has 2 days left.

I would really like to get ZASS 7.0.337.000 off of my box, then probably go with ZoneAlarm Free. I really like ZoneAlarm, but their new version 7.0.337.000 really does not agree with my box.

How do I get ZASS 7 off my machine? It won't uninstall from the Add/Remove Programs.

I have an XP Home OS on a Dell box.

Thanks.

I can't find ZASS or ZoneAlarm anywhere in All Programs. I clicked Start, then All Programs, but I was unable to find ZASS or ZoneAlarm in All Programs.

If you click start, all programmes, ZoneAlarm, uninstall should be the 2nd option of 4

If not, download the version you have from zonelabs, click to install and choose clean install, that should give you the uninstall option

It is likely you can update version 6.5 with virus definitions

Version 7 is new, hence it installing as a trial
