Firefox and offline browsing

I have downloaded a whole site and I am trying to use firefox in offline mode to see it but it tries to read some links/images from online urls so I get many broken links.Any ideas how to fix that?

Hello, and welcome to GeekstoGo! How did you download this site? Did you save all the pages individually, or use FTP? If the images or links are external, they won't be available offline.
