Problems with Computer and Microsoft Word

Greetings All and Thank You very much for time in trying to help me with my computer problems. I have been trying foolishly to fix myself for several weeks. I have progressed through the first page of advice and now I am here (with the exception of Panda whose Active X download had the "bumblebee" virus within it thus I did not download.

1)My first and largest problem is my system not only seems slow which I realize there are many things on there, but I seem to have Trojans that will appear with SuperAntiSpyware and try to quarantine them , but they return such as TR/Dldr.Delf.KS.2, and these did not appear in the quarantine log

2)My second problem is everytime I open Microsoft Word or a file I receive the following message.."This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to create links from other documents to this document." I have searched Microsoft's site and attempted their fixes including registry changes, without avail. So that has lead me here.

My Antivir Has found TR/Dldr/DNSChanger.Gen multiple times on my computer in the last 2 days and TR/Dldr.Delf.KS2
