Hello, all. I'm new here and have read all your policies and modes of conduct but apologize in advance if I, inadvertently, made an error. I know for sure that I have Vundo and/or winfixer. Tried to run a utility called "VundoFix" which has been able to isolate the .dll files but hasn't been able to remove them even on reboot. My Norton has popped up the notification about Winfixer a few time but not sure if it has removed it. I followed your instruction and created the HijackThis Log below. First off, a bunch of your log was not shown. Lets make sure its copied in its entire length and posted complete.

Another part of the log that's not there indicates an infection that hides part of HJT. Lets get HJT set up like this:
* Click here to download HJTsetup.exe

• Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
• Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
• Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue.
• Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
• Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
• At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.
• Close HJT, right click on it and rename it Harryjackthis
• Run Harryjackthis
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
• Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
• Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
• DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Copy the entire log, post it and we will go from there

Looks like Vundofix did its job, there are some leftovers that need to be cleaned up. Before we do anything, lets run a different scan.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Lets see the results of that scan, then clean-up any problems.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis. Reboot into safe mode.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Please go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following (if present):

WinFlyer32

Please note any other programs that you dont recognize in that list in your next response

Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore"), please delete these files (if present):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\opnopno.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssqpq.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinFlyer32.dll


After that, Reboot.

Lets take a look at one file on your machine:
Jotti File Submission:

• Please go to Jotti's malware scan
  
• Copy and paste the following file path into the "File to upload & scan"box on the top of the page:
  
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\pipkuucr.dll
• Click on the submit button

Lets get an uninstall list:
Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
