Windows mail problems

Hi there im having some trouble with windows mail i can recieve mail with no problem but i cannot send mail at all they say in the error tab thing that

Account:'mailhost.tstt.net.tt', Server: 'mailhost.tstt.net.tt', Protocol: SMTP, Port 25, Secure (SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19


Any help would be appreciated

Could be your antivirus product interfering with the sending process. Quick way to find out if this is the reason is to disable scanning of outgoing emails then try sending. Another possibility is a corrupted "pop3uidl.dbx" file, in which case exit OE, delete said file and restart OE whereupon Windows should create a new copy of the file.
