I have installed this program, but I get a SHELL.DLL error (as in a "cannot find" ) and a TB80NET.EXE error. I have looked and found that my shell.dll fille is in the correct place, so I cant figure out what is going on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but still get the same error.

where does one get this program?

when you install it, where does it install to (directory)

Yes, I have searched for the hidden folders. Is a freeware web browser plug in called neuron. I dont know where it installs to, it dosent show me

but where can I download it from?

I read a few vaugue references to it that seem to contradict each other.

In one case,it is called a program, another a plug in.

In one case, someone fixed it by altering a configuration file to tell the program to look for the files...IF all it installs is a plugin for your browser, that is obviously not the solution...I thought there might be an ini file in the directory it is installed into
