When shutting down my computer I get an error that says OXPApp.exe failed to initialize. When restarting, I get an error that says Windows can't find c:\windows\system32\iexplorer.exe. Please make sure spelling is correct, etc. What are these and how do I fix them?

iexplorer.exe is malware. This is named similar to Internet Explorer, except it doesn't live in the system32 folder.
Please see the Malware forum.
