I am trying to download Template MAker for Powerpoint from microsoft site, but i am failing to clear Office Genuine check.

I am having office 2003 plz someone help me in clearing that check so that i can make my office a genuine and can download the softwares from microsft.com

If it is genuine software and has suddenly started failing the checks, you do need to contact Microsoft
