Hello and welcome to Geeks to Go!!

Do you regularly update Windows? If not, follow these directions:

1. Double-click on “Internet Explorer”.

2. In the menu bar at the top click on Tools, then select Windows Update. This will bring you to the Microsoft Update Website.

3. Click on Express. It will search for updates. Follow the onscreen prompts to download ALL of the latest updates. Go back when it is done and finish the updates if necessary.

Let me know if this solves your problem
