:whistling: this is hard for me to translate and im 12! i should know all the acronymes and mispells :| anyways, when you boot the pc, press F8 im assuming thats what it is, go to the "Safemode" choice then let it boot, and if possible make sure the antivirus isnt running, mabye in system tray (bottom right by clock) like right click, then exit or disable the antivirus, or ctrl-alt-delete and find it in the processes tab and end it then go to start>controlpanel>add/remove program>find the antivirus (new one) uninstall, then uninstall the other, then reboot to regular mode (wont need to change anything) and try to install the "NEW" anti-virus, if this doesnt help sorry.

Take the computer into safe mode.
Take both anti-virus scanners off in safe mode.
Hopefully you can now reboot into normal mode and reapply the new scanner.
If this doesn't work, you may have to perform a Windows repair.
