Updating drivers

when i try and update the drivers for my intel extream onboard graphics i get this message every time, just wondering if anyone knows how to sort it out?

i willrephase, i downloaded the drivers from ther no look, i also tried using the microsoft driver update tool in the device manger for the onboard graphics but still no luck.

At the moment i am looking at dells website downloading updates

Which bit says you have a different driver to the one Dell lists for the 1100

i am trying to update my onboard graphics (i also get the message when i try and install the drivers off a cd which are needed for a PCI graphics card)

The Intel wouldn't install if there are third party graphics, and you would use either onboard or third party, not both

Can you check BIOS set up to set the default graphics to onboard

Boot the PC and keep tapping the delete key (possibly F2) until it enters set up

it is set to auto(the other option is onboard)
