Hey guys, i have an employee here who is having problems on startup. After everything loads, about 3 minutes in he gets an error stating svchost.exe caused an unexpected error, and then after he hits ok, it gives a generic host process error. I took a look at it and attempted to debug, but its still giving the error. the computer seems to work fine after i tried to debug, but i am just wondering what might cause that.

also, after the generic host process message everything freezes up. but after i debugged, nothing froze up, so im thinking maybe i fixed it? i do not know for sure.

Its possible that it could still happen next time he restarts, so i just need to get this fixed.

Thanks!

P.S. its WinXP Pro SP2 on a Dell Latitude D620. Brand spanking new. already found a bad stick of DDR2 in it last month, had that replaced under warranty. It is also connected to a docking station and dual monitors.
