phoenix keylogger

I run the barracuda content filter at work and when I scanned my PC to see how it worked it found "phoenix keylogger" on my machine. The barracuda uses pctools so I went to their site: http://www.pctools.c...enix Keylogger/

The barracuda says it removes it, but reappears again with every scan.

Is this a false postive its returning?
