That is way to hot for a processor. Either you don't have speedfan setup correctly or it is not working correctly.

That temp would also cause a shutdown.

it shows that temp in bios too. i'm using the stock heatsink fan that came with it.

Which may provide sufficient cooling for normal use but not gaming. Is the heatsink and fan clean?

Well, if you go by the reviews it is a decent one.

Also, have you tried booting into BIOS and checking your temps in there?
