Outlook Error/Windows 2003

Hi. I have Windows Vista on my computer, with Basic Office 2003 installed. Yesterday I installed an old copy of Office 2000 Pro so I could have PowerPoint, etc... Well, my Outlook won't receive emails anymore (it will however, send emails). I've already uninstalled the Office Pro. Still, when I open Outlook I get these two messages:

c:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\outlvba.dll is not a valid Office Add-in.

AND

Task 'Name Mail - Receiving' reported error 0x8007007e

Can someone help me fix this?
