Hi,

I am having a problem with my laptop... when I boot up my computer and just before the login on Windows XP, i get a blue screen saying:

"ssiefr.exe program not found - skipping autocheck".

I googled 'ssiefr.exe' and found it was associated with Spy Sweeper, but i haven't got it on my laptop. So I have no idea how to fix this problem. So please help me!!

Thanks in advance.

PS: I'm not exactly a computer geek, so be gentle with me!! :whistling:

Everything else is fine... it boots up normally, but it is so much slower than normal. I think it may be a virus, but I have no idea what to do!!
