I have a music program that I downloaded on my new laptop that I purchased. The program(Bestbuy Digital Music Store/Rhapsody) worked fine on my old laptop but now my MP3 player is not being detected as it should by the program. There are two modes on the MP3 player, Rhapsody and Plays For Sure mode. I need to use Rhapsody mode but the program now only detects the MP3 player on Plays For Sure mode in which I can't do what I need to do. I looked up the problem and I read that I may need to change the drive letter or path for the MP3 player. I basically need some help with trying to change the letter or path to one that won't mess up any of my other programs. Anyone that can help me with doing this will be greatly appreciated.
