It seems every few months I end up here seeking help with problems on my computer. I'm hoping you can save my sanity yet again with your computer whispering
Here's some of the problems I can think of right now:
* Screen flickers & blacks out when watching avi files or playing games, like the Sims 2 (Right on school holidays too!)
* When watching avi's or playing games, after the flickering & blacking out, the computer often freezes & I get a BSOD.
* BSODs - sometimes on start up, sometimes when watching videos or playing games.
* Incredimail is painfully slow, despite regularly emptying inbox, outbox, sent folder & deleted items folder.
* Windows Live Messenger continues to open on start up, slowing the pc down, despite doing all I can think of to NOT open on start up.
* Sometimes the pc will shut down without being prompted to do so.
* I'm worried there are too many files on my computer - it's not really a problem as such, just a concern. My C: has 67GB & 44.7GB free.
* My webcam picture is green & dark - dunno if that's the sort of problem you can fix but it's annoying all the same.
