I recently got Vista on my computer and downgraded to a previous version of Money. I used to have 2007 but I now run on 2006. I have 4 different accounts and 1 of them I had a password which I know, but the other 3 were unprotected. When I attempt to open the passworded account, the program denies my password, and I know its correct. I've tried this hundreds of times. On the other 3 that were unpassworded, it now asks for a password upon startup and it also denies me.

I need help fast, this is urgent because I am running a business with this. I appreciate all help you can spare.

I am also a little new to computers so step-by-step instructions if need would be appreciated.

Thanks very much,
Gayle

Apparently Money has copious issues with Vista on some configurations, but for the most part it works.
Unfortunately for you, I can't find anybody else on the internet reporting the same problem so the only thing I can suggest is moving back to Money 2007 and seeing if you can get into it then.
