Cannot Install Color Driver.

I have been trying to reinstall my old color driver that showed 24bit and 256 colors. An incorrect update has put an incorrect driver that is now only showin 16bit. I have located the correct driver from intel's site but when I go to install it I get an error message saying "This application does not suppor MS-DOS or Microsoft applications" and it is driving me nuts as everything is showing in 16bit. I have everest home edition if it is needed but if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it! :whistling:
