I purchase a loptop from someone and it has a admin password that is preventing me from adding others programs etc. How can I get around or change that admin info? Can I clean that registry and re-enter a new psw.

Hi vajw9,

It is against the ToS of GeeksToGo to help with the bypassing of ANY kind of password. Though your intentions might be genuine, others who find this topic might have intentions that are not so genuine, and therefore we are erring on the side of caution when it comes to these types of situations. The only thing I can suggest you do is get in contact with the person who previously owned the laptop and get the password from them. I am now closing this topic. I hope you understand.
