For some reason I can't open my emails as I used to be able to. When I click on them, I get a box entitled "Remote Item Headers" and "This item has not been retrieved from the server. Do you want to:" then four choices. The first choice is "Unmark this header item".

What can I do to get everything back to where it was? I used to just double click and the email opened. And the junk mail isn't going into its folder, either.

This began shortly after I downloaded the Google Tool Bar. I've uninstalled it but that didn't solve this problem as I thought it would.

Thanks for any suggestions you can make!

On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.
#

In the list, click a group, and then click Edit.
# Under Accounts, under the Remote Mail section, make sure the "Include the selected account in this group" checkbox is unchecked.
