Unknown buggie(s), Explorer using 99% of CPU

This started as a problem where Explorer was using 99% of the CPU time. I found hxlmaaaa.exe in the run sections of bot HKCU and HKLM. I had to use an offline disk editor to remove them, because they kept coming back. Current symptoms: System starts out fine, but after an indefinite time Explorer goes back to taking 99% of CPU Time. Also, Internet Explorer goes to the qrong link on the first try; Enter a URL on the address line, and Explorer goes to some other site and claims to search for what you asked for.
